Pumpkin Fest Cornhole Classic Tournament

The Statesville Pumpkin Fest Cornhole Classic Tournament will take place during the festival on Saturday, November 2, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Downtown Statesville. The entry fee is $50 per two-man team with participation limited to the first 32 teams. It is a double elimination tournament and cash prizes will be awarded to the top four teams. Rules and regulations will be posted at the tournament site which is located on West Broad Street within the boundaries of the festival. Warm-up starts at 11:30 am and tournament begins at 12:30 pm. Children of all ages can enjoy slides, obstacle courses, moon bounce and other rides. All day wristbands or individual tickets for the Kids Zone will be available for purchase at the festival.

Pumpkin Fest Classic Car Cruise-In
Come join us as CLASSIC CARS are returned to beautiful Historic Downtown Statesville as part of the 11th Annual Statesville Pumpkin Fest. That’s right – Court Street will transform into a large parking lot of classic cars (1993 and older) during the 2013 Statesville Pumpkin Fest. All cars will stage on S. Meeting Street beginnning at 9:30 a.m. From 9:30-10:30 a.m. cars will start moving onto Court Street until the street is full. All cars must enter from the intersection of Front Street and Meeting Street. Pumpkin Fest attracts thousands of spectators each year and we want everyone to arrive safe and leave safe. Statesville City trucks can be seen all over town, but how often does anyone get to look inside any of these unusual vehicles and get to talk to someone who operates them? The City ofStatesvilleis proud to present “Touch-A-Truck” on Saturday, November 2 at the annual Pumpkin Fest inDowntown Statesville. We’ll be there with lots of City vehicles the children can climb on. It’s free! Parent supervision is required and cameras are highly recommended!
